Achievements for the quality of our service
We won certifications, national and international awards. The main certifications are ONA (National Organization of Licensing), recognized for qualifying patterns and processes in the health management, and give credibility to our hospitals and safety in our service to our patients. In addition, Qmentum International Acredditation[sic], methodology who guides and monitors the patterns of high performance in quality and safety, promoting the continuous improvement of processes (since the identification of patients, medicine administrations, hygienization, protocols, among other procedures).
We are persistent for the quality and excellence in the provision of health services and we have a management, policies and governance model aligned to the socioeconomic and environmental sustainability. This scenery propels the Group to offers high quality solutions to all of our beneficiaries.
